Last night we stayed at My Sisters Cottage, owner Lola said she was't officially open but Bill from the Red Moose Inn was also full and called Lola to see if she would consider letting us stay. Thanks Lola and Bill. Cassie at the Sierra country store made us a Killer Rubin Sandwich which we wolfed down followed by ice cream. Lola offered us a ride back to the trail and we left fat and happy.
Sierra City was a great stop, wish we had more time to stay. We were on the trail by 330pm and hiked from mile 1197-1204 up
3000'.
We found a great campsite, made a nice campfire and cowboy camped.
