I am a 58 year old registered nurse planning to hike the PCT in 2012. I have been a nurse for 40 years caring for patients with heart disease. I have been inspired by PCT hikers through their journals and hope to be an inspiration to others and bring awareness for heart health to the community through my hiking journal.
